We have a thing for S'mores in this house. In addition to roasting marshmallows and making s'mores outside, we love to create variations of our favorite easy desserts using S'more ingredients. This Mini S'Mores Pie is made using pie crust.

I mean, I love pie crust and s'more ingredients, so it seems like a natural thing to combine them all. In the past, we have enjoyed Angel Food Cake S'mores and Crescent Roll S'mores. If you like these S'mores, you will love our 3 Ingredient Hershey's Chocolate Pie.

I couldn't believe how easy these mini S'mores pies were to make. Pie crust combined with s'mores are a winner!

    Ingredients

    • Pie crust
    • Graham crackers
    • Marshmallows
    • Chocolate bar

We made 6 S'Mores Pies and used 1 hershey bar, 1 pie crust, 6 marshmallows and 2 large graham crackers. If you are making more, just double the ingredients.

    S'more ingredients

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a muffin pan and unroll a pre-made pie crust. Cut a piece of pie crust out and fit it into a muffin tin. You might need to press some pieces together to get it to fit.

    making s'more pies

Break a graham cracker in half and cut it until it is a size that will fit in your muffin cup.

    graham crackers

If you have a little helper like I did, this a great job for them. Place a cracker in each cup.

    S'more cups

Next, place two rectangles of chocolate on top of the cracker. My daughter loves to help in the kitchen and she likes helping even more when chocolate is involved!

    Drop a marshmallow on top.

    Making s'more desserts

Bake for 15 minutes (oven cook times vary) at 375 degrees. You will want to keep an eye on these though. When the marshmallow tops start to brown, cover the pan with some foil to keep them from burning.

    Individual S'more pies

When they are done they will look like this.

And when you cut open these S'mores desserts this is what you'll see.

Mini S'mores Pie - So easy to make! The flaky crust surrounding the chocolaty center is unbelievable!

The yummy flavor of the chocolate and marshmallow combined with the flaky, buttery pie crust make mini s'mores pie a winner!

    FAQs For Mini S’mores Pies

Can I use chocolate chips instead of a chocolate bar?

Yes! Chocolate chips melt just fine and are a great swap if that’s what you have on hand. You can even mix milk and semi-sweet chips for more depth of flavor.

How do I get the marshmallows toasted on top?

You can use a kitchen torch if you want that classic toasted look and taste. Otherwise, the oven melts them nicely.

Can I make these ahead of time?

These are best served warm, right after baking. If you need to prep ahead, you can assemble the pies and bake them just before serving.
