How To Make Biscoff Hot Chocolate

    1. Heat the ingredients: I start by pouring the milk into a small pan over low heat. Then, I add the Biscoff spread and chocolate syrup. I stir it all together until the Biscoff spread has melted and everything is mixed well. I warm everything to a low simmer, and then turn off the heat.

      2. Warm the drizzle: For the topping, I warm some Biscoff spread and heat it in the microwave for just a few seconds. This makes it runny and perfect for drizzling on top.

      3. Put it all together: Pour the drink into a mug. Then I add some whipped topping and sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over it. Now it's time to drizzle the warm Biscoff spread right on top.

        Tips For Biscoff Hot Chocolate

Tip 1: Keep the heat on low when warming the milk and Biscoff spread. If the heat is too high, the milk can scorch and it won't taste as good.

Tip 2: If you need to make this for more than one person, just double or triple the ingredients. It's really easy to make more for the entire family to enjoy together.

Tip 3: You can use a milk frother to make the hot chocolate extra foamy and creamy.

FAQs For Cookie Butter Hot Chocolate

How to store leftover hot cocoa?

This is best served fresh and warm. Since it's a single-serving recipe and comes together so quickly, I recommend making just what you need. If you have extra, keep it in the refrigerator for a day and reheat it on the stove.

        Can I make this dairy-free?

Yes, you can. Just use your favorite dairy-free milk like almond, oat, or soy milk. The Biscoff spread itself is vegan, so it's an easy swap to make.

What if I don't have chocolate syrup?

If you don't have chocolate syrup, you can use a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and a teaspoon of sugar instead. Just whisk it in with the milk and Biscoff spread until it's smooth.

        Hot Chocolate Recipes

This Biscoff Hot Chocolate is a great way to treat yourself on a cold day or make a special drink for the kids without a lot of work. I hope you and your family enjoy this warm and yummy recipe as much as we do.

        Ingredients

        • 1 ½ cups milk
        • 3 tablespoon Biscoff spread divided
        • 1 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
        • 1 Biscoff cookie crushed
        • 3 tablespoon Whipped topping

        Instructions

        • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, 2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread, and the chocolate syrup.
        • Stir continuously until the Biscoff spread is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Bring to a low simmer, then remove from heat.
        • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread for about 30 seconds, or until it is melted and pourable.
        • Pour the hot chocolate into a mug.
        • Top with whipped topping, the crushed Biscoff cookie, and a drizzle of the melted Biscoff spread. Serve immediately.

        Notes

        • Keep the heat low when you're warming the milk and Biscoff spread-too much heat can scorch the milk and mess with the flavor.
        • Making this for more than one person? Just double or triple the ingredients. It's super easy to scale up for a cozy family treat.
        • And if you've got a milk frother, now's the time to use it! It'll make your hot chocolate extra foamy and creamy.
