    My favorite thing about this Fall Slime Recipe is the scent. It smells like one of the best fall scents out there - cinnamon.     🍂Why Kids Will Love Fall Slime

    • This fall slime is a great sensory material. Between the feel, the vibrant colors and the cinnamon scent, it is truly a joy for the senses.

    🍁Supply Notes

    • Clear glue - One 5 oz bottle.
    • Baking soda - Helps the slime to be the correct consistency and keeps it from sticking.
    • Contact solution - Works as an activator and helps the glue transform into slime.
    • Fall Vase Filler - Adds texture and visual interest to the slime.
    • Red Glitter and Gold Glitter - To add sparkle and shine in fall colors.
    • Cinnamon Essential Oil - Makes the slime smell amazing!

    📋How To Make Fall Slime

    Please supervise your kids when making slime and have them wash their hands when they are done playing. This is not edible.

    STEP 1: In a bowl or container, pour an entire 5 oz bottle of clear glue.

    STEP 2: Add ½ cup of water to the clear glue.

    STEP 3: Add in ½ teaspoon of baking soda to the water and glue mixture and stir.

    STEP 4: Now it is time for my kids' favorite part - adding the glitter! Glitter makes everything better, and when combined with a clear glue slime, gives a pretty, sparkly look. For this fall slime recipe, use a mix of red and gold glitter.

    STEP 5: Now it is time to make the slime smell divine! Add just a few drops of cinnamon essential oil.

    STEP 6: Add in some of the fall vase filler leaves.

    STEP 7: To get the slime to form, add 1 tablespoon of contact solution. The slime will instantly begin to form.

    STEP 8: Start mixing the slime. It will be super STICKY!

    STEP 9: Keep mixing the solution in the bowl until it starts to come together. This usually requires more mixing than you would think.

    Between the sparkle from the glitter and the lovely cinnamon scent, this slime will be one of your kids' favorite things about fall.

    How can I store fall slime?

    This slime can be stored in an airtight container. After noticing my kids leaving slime everywhere and finding lots of messes, I purchased these containers and they have been a lifesaver.

    How much glitter do I add to the fall slime recipe?

    This is a matter of preference. Add a little at a time and see how it looks. It is always easy to add more.


    ✂️Expert Tips

    Tip 1: I recommend playing with this glitter slime on a table or tray. Do not play with slime near the carpet as it can be tough to get out if some falls on the rug.

    Tip 2: I like saving those containers that lunch meat comes in, as they are perfect for making slime.

    Materials

    • 1 airtight container
    • 5 oz clear glue
    • ½ cup water

      Even though I'm not a kid, I LOVE THIS! This is something that I would enjoy making and using. Haha. I especially love the effects of the glitters.
