Tips for Sausage and Veggies Sheet Pan
Tip 1: If you are pressed for time, cut the potatoes smaller so they'll cook faster.
Tip 2: Don't overcrowd the pan. Use two pans if you need to. Crowding traps steam and prevents browning.
Tip 3: Switch up the sausage! Chicken sausage or andouille work just as well.

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon shredded parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional
Instructions

- Chop sausage and vegetables into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add sausage and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

Notes
