    Frequently asked questions

How do I store this blueberry keto fat bomb recipe?

These blueberry fat bombs can be frozen for 2-3 months. Whenever you want to enjoy one, simply take it out and let it thaw a bit. I like to double the batch when making these so I have a lot in the freezer ready to go whenever hunger strikes.

How many fat bombs can I have per day?

If you are on a keto diet, you'll want to limit your consumption of fat bombs to 1-2 a day. They are so rich and decadent that I find that is plenty to keep me satisfied.

What kind of sweetener can I use in fat bombs?

My favorite sweetener is Swerve as I think it provides the best flavor and consistency with no after taste. Monk fruit sweetener will work as well.
