HOW TO MAKE KETO FAT BOMBS
One of the great things about fat bomb recipes is that they are so easy to make. You usually just need a handful of ingredients to make this satisfying snack. This low carb recipe uses just 5 ingredients.
Start by placing the blueberries in a saucepan and heating them until they have softened, but have not liquified.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, ¾ cup of shredded coconut, vanilla, Swerve sweetener, and the cooked blueberries.
Using a hand mixer, blend for 1-2 minutes or until combined.
Let the mixture rest in the freezer for 40 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and shape into balls. Roll in shredded coconut.
These blueberry fat bombs are now ready to enjoy!
HOW DO I STORE FAT BOMBS?
These blueberry fat bombs can be frozen for 2-3 months. Whenever you want to enjoy one, simply take it out and let it thaw a bit. I like to double the batch when making these so I have a lot in the freezer ready to go whenever hunger strikes.
