20 Ways to Cook With Kids - These kid friendly recipes will get even the pickiest eater cooking and tasting. Cooking with children is a great way to bond and create lasting memories!
Ever since before I had kids, I knew I wanted to cook with them. When I was teaching, we would cook each week and it was always one of my favorite things to do with a class. The kids loved it as well. I am not sure what they loved more, stirring and mixing, or tasting the finished product. My kids are picky eaters, but I notice that when they are involved in the process of cooking some family friendly recipes, they are more likely to try new foods. If you have a picky eater, try one of these 20 Kid Friendly Recipes and see if they are more open to trying new things. I guarantee you will at least make some memories with your child.

Teaching kids to cook (cooking with kids) is such an important life skill! As a mom to 3 boys, I've had swallow back my natural instinct to step in and do it myself, as well as remind myself that at little mess is OKAY. In the end, I want them to not only know how to cook, but love the process as well. Thanks for sharing the yummy recipes … the boys and I will definitely be trying some out ๐Ÿ™‚

I recently starting cooking and baking with 3-yr old and we both love it! His favourites are pizza and cupcakes and it really is very rewarding to have kids in the kitchen.

I wish I had these ideas last week when I had one of my grand sons with us. I'm going to be sure to bake some of these recipes in Sept. when I get to see 9 grandchildren, when we head out west for a visit!
