I recently starting cooking and baking with 3-yr old and we both love it! His favourites are pizza and cupcakes and it really is very rewarding to have kids in the kitchen.

I wish I had these ideas last week when I had one of my grand sons with us. I'm going to be sure to bake some of these recipes in Sept. when I get to see 9 grandchildren, when we head out west for a visit!

Teaching kids to cook (cooking with kids) is such an important life skill! As a mom to 3 boys, I've had swallow back my natural instinct to step in and do it myself, as well as remind myself that at little mess is OKAY. In the end, I want them to not only know how to cook, but love the process as well. Thanks for sharing the yummy recipes ... the boys and I will definitely be trying some out 🙂
