Ingredients for No-Churn S'mores Ice Cream Recipe

Heavy cream – Whipping the cream gives this ice cream its creamy base. All you need is a hand mixer (or some elbow grease) and a few minutes.

Chocolate pudding mix – This adds the chocolate flavor!

Sweetened condensed milk – Our secret weapon for sweetness and creaminess. It gives the melt-in-your-mouth texture I LOVE in no-churn ice cream.

Smucker’s Marshmallow Topping – Okay, this stuff is amazing! You’ll swirl it in for that gooey marshmallow taste that you expect in any s’mores treat.

Graham crackers – These add a little crunch and a toasty graham flavor. If you have little ones, let them help crush the crackers. They love it!

Mini marshmallow bits – These tiny marshmallows add the perfect chewiness to every bite. Not the big puffy kind - look for the small, crunchy bits like in your favorite kids cereal.heavy cream

Tools Needed for S'mores Ice Cream Recipe

You don’t need anything fancy to make this s’mores ice cream - just a few basic kitchen tools! A hand mixer makes whipping the cream fast, but a whisk works in a pinch. You’ll also need a mixing bowl and a loaf pan or freezer-safe container to layer and freeze your ice cream.

How To Make S'Mores No Churn Ice Cream Recipe

    1. Whip the cream - Use a hand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form - it should be thick and fluffy, but not too stiff.

    2. Mix the pudding and condensed milk - In another bowl, stir together half a box of chocolate pudding mix and one full can of sweetened condensed milk.

    3. Gently fold it all together - Fold the pudding and milk mixture into the heavy whipping cream. The key here is to take your time. A light hand keeps the mixture airy, helping your ice cream stay soft and scoopable later.

    4. Swirl in the marshmallow topping - Drizzle in the Smucker’s Marshmallow Topping and gently swirl with a spatula. It adds that gooey marshmallow flavor we all love without having to toast anything!

    5. Layer the mix-ins: Spoon half of your ice cream mixture into a metal loaf pan. Then sprinkle in some crushed graham crackers and hard mini marshmallow bits.If you can’t find the bits, use regular mini marshmallows.

    6. Finish and freeze.
Pour the rest of your ice cream batter into the loaf pan and top with the remaining crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallow bits. Cover the pan tightly and pop it in the freezer. It needs to chill at least overnight so it firms up properly.
