How to Make 2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls

Start by preheating your oven and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This helps the dough not to stick and makes for an easy cleanup. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until it forms a slightly sticky dough.

    FAQS For Cinnamon Rolls

    How to store cinnamon rolls?

Let the cinnamon rolls cool and store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Place them in the refrigerator or freezer if you wish to store them longer. Warm them in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.

What if my cinnamon roll dough is too sticky?

If your dough is sticky, gradually add more flour as needed. Just be cautious not to add too much at once, as this could make the dough too dry and will change the points.

Can I make 2 ingredient dough ahead of time?

Absolutely! You can prepare the dough a day in advance and place it in the refrigerator overnight. This not only saves time the next day but also enhances the flavor. Just be sure to bring the dough back to room temperature before rolling it out.

    • Roll the dough out to approximately a 12x9 inch rectangle.
    • In a small bowl, blend the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dough. Roll the dough tightly to form a 12 inch log. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
    • Arrange the cut pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    • In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with a tablespoon of milk to create a glaze.
    • When the rolls come out of the oven and have cooled a little, but are still warm, drizzle the glaze on top.

    Notes
