Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Bites
Two ingredient dough is made with self rising flour and non fat Greek Yogurt.
If you don't have self rising flour, you can make your own self rising flour by mixing:
1 cup flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Sift together and use whenever a recipe calls for self rising flour. This will make 1 cup of self rising flour. This recipe uses ½ cup of self rising flour. You can store the other ½ cup for another use.
For this recipe, mix ½ cup self rising flour with ½ cup of non fat Greek yogurt. Knead on a floured surface.
Roll out the dough to look like a snake and cut into small, bite sized pieces. This recipe will make 12 pretzel bites. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pretzel bites on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Coat the pretzel bites with an egg wash and sprinkle on coarse sea salt.
Bake for 23 minutes at 350 degrees.
These are amazing when served warm and dipped in mustard! This recipe makes 12 pretzel bites. A serving of 6 two ingredient pretzel bites is 3 points.

OMG I just made 24 of these out of a full recipe and they are DELICIOUS!!! I am familiar with the bagels and love them, but these are great for a snack and no butter needed (like the bagels). I also made the pretzels 🥨 and they are great too! Thanks for another idea for this recipe!! Cheesecake is next, but I have yet to find cheesecake pudding...but I will keep searching! 😎
Caitlin
Can you keep the dough in the fridge to use later? How long do you think it would last? I'm thinking of making a big batch of dough on the weekends so that it would be quicker during the week just to make the bits and throw them in the oven.
Thanks for the recipe! Pretzel bites are my favorite snack!

I substituted with 1:1 gluten-free flour and they came out pretty good. Sprinkled them with everything but the bagel seasoning and dipped in mustard.
