Looking for Weight Watchers Recipes? Today I am sharing how to make these quick 2 Ingredient Dough Pretzels using two ingredient dough. So grab a cold beverage and sit right back and enjoy a guilt free warm pretzel. These pretzels are only 3 points!

I love to get a soft pretzel when I go to a sporting event. They are warm and salty and often sprinkled liberally with salt. Well, being on the Weight Watchers program doesn't mean I have to give up snacks like soft pretzels.

2 Ingredient Dough Pretzels - Weight Watchers friendly! This soft pretzel recipe is easy to make and will allow you to enjoy a pretzel with no guilt. Squeeze on some mustard and enjoy!

The secret to these self rising flour pretzels is fat free Greek yogurt. Fat free Greek yogurt is 0 points on the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan and is one of the main ingredients in these pretzels. The crazy thing is that you cannot taste the yogurt at all in these pretzels. My favorite yogurt to use is Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt.

    fage yogurt

This greek yogurt pretzels recipe uses self rising flour which you can buy pre-made or make yourself. I share an easy self rising flour recipe here. This allows you to make these pretzels with no yeast and not having to wait for the dough to rise.

To make 2 homemade pretzels, combine ½ cup of self rising flour and ½ cup of Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt in a bowl until a dough starts to form. If you just want to make 4 pretzels, just double the ingredients.

Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide into two equal parts. You will want to make sure that the two pieces of dough are of equal weight. This scale really comes in handy.

Roll each piece of dough into a 12-14 inch rope.

    Form into a pretzel shape.

Beat an egg and brush it over the pretzels and sprinkle on coarse sea salt.

Bake and enjoy! I love these nonfat Greek yogurt pretzels while they are still somewhat warm with some spicy brown mustard. My kids like them as is - lightly warm and salted. If you are looking for a more traditional pretzel recipe which will be way higher in points check out this Soft Pretzels Recipe.

Each soft pretzel is 3 Weight Watchers points on the Freestyle plan.

FAQs For Two Ingredient Dough Pretzels

What kind of yogurt should I use?

Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt works best here. It gives the dough the right texture and keeps the pretzels light without needing extra ingredients.

How do I store leftover pretzels?

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them or pop them in the freezer.

These turned out good. Not so much “pretzel” flavor and I added a 1/4 tsp baking powder for extra “puff”. Everything but the Bagel seasoning added more flavor. Light and airy, eat ‘me while warm and I took someone’s suggestion and added melted butter to the egg wash.

I step these up a notch by boiling the pretels in baking soda water prior to baking. That gives them the nice brown later with the tang of a true baked pretzel.

I was wondering about this. Every pretzel recipe I’ve ever tried uses a baking soda bath. I wasn’t sure if, because this was two ingredient dough, that they might fall apart. Thanks for the tip!

I made these and they are good. One question, I made several and put in a ziplock. The salt evaporated! They were salty enough when you ate them but the grains of salt dissipated. Any thoughts on how to store
