- Toothpicks - Can help place the chocolate chips without smudging.
- Small plate or tray - To keep the donuts steady while decorating.
- Microwave (optional) - You can use this to slightly soften the Starburst, which makes them easier to roll.

How To Make Cute Snowman Donuts
1. Prepare the donuts: Put 8 mini white donuts on a plate so they're ready to decorate.
2. Add the eyes and mouth: Press mini chocolate chips point-side down into the donuts to form the eyes and a mouth. I used 5 chips for the mouth and 2 for the eyes.

3. Make the noses: Take an orange Starburst, cut it into four pieces, and roll each piece into a little carrot shape using your fingers. If they're too hard to work with, you can microwave it for 3-5 seconds to soften.
4. Attach the nose: Gently press the carrot nose into the hole of the donut. You don't need anything to hold it.

5. Serve and enjoy: These are best served the same day.

Tips For Making Easy Donut Snowman
Tip 1: Press the chocolate chips in slowly so the donut doesn't crumble.
Tip 2: If the Starburst is too hard to shape, microwave it for just a few seconds to soften.
Tip 3: Make sure the powdered donuts are in good shape and not too crushed so that the snowman faces look good.
FAQs For Powdered Donut Snowman
You can make them a few hours ahead, but they're best when they are made the same day. If you make these too far in advance, the noses might harden or fall out.
Try orange Tootsie Rolls or cut a small piece of a gummy instead. Even an orange Mike & Ike can work in a pinch.
Store them in a single layer in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 hours.
