⭐Why This Recipe Works
Perfect for busy weeknights - Takes 5 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to cook
Easy Italian meal - Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a restaurant-like meal at home.
🥣Ingredient Notes

- Chicken breast - use boneless, skinless, fresh or defrosted chicken.
- Spinach - I used baby spinach for this recipe, but you could regular spinach as well.
- Sun-dried tomatoes - Use ones that have been packed in oil and drained. I like to leave them whole, but you can chop them if you wish.
- Heavy cream - The mixture of the cream, milk, and cheese makes this sauce creamy and cheesy.
📋Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1: Cut fresh or defrosted chicken breast into 1-inch bite-size pieces.
STEP 2: Add the olive oil and chicken to a cast iron skillet, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

STEP 3: Cook the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

STEP 4: While the chicken is cooking, make your pasta. Fill a large pot halfway with water, bring to a boil, add the noodles, and cook over high heat for 8 minutes or until al dente. Then drain the water.
STEP 5: Remove cooked chicken from the skillet, and set aside.
STEP 6: Melt the butter in the skillet, then add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Sautee over medium heat until the spinach has started to wilt.

STEP 7: Add the cream and milk, and cook until it comes to a simmer.

STEP 8: Remove from heat and stir in the Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

STEP 9: Return the chicken and pasta back to the skillet and stir.

Serve this Tuscan chicken pasta recipe with a Cesar salad and some garlic bread for a dinner the whole family will love!

Tip 2: In a rush? Use precooked or rotisserie chicken in this recipe instead of cooking your own chicken breast. No one will be able to tell the difference.
