Here at Mess for Less, we are all about easy solutions for moms. And today I’m sharing an easy dinner solution for those busy nights when you don’t have a lot of time, but still want to prepare a hearty, delicious meal for your family. How easy is this Beef and Tomato Pasta? Well, it only has four ingredients, so, pretty darn easy.
BEEF AND TOMATO PASTA
This is such an easy pasta dish to make. Using canned tomatoes, makes this recipe a breeze. You don’t have to worry about chopping up tomatoes or anything like that.
I used rotini pasta for this meal, but you can use whatever you happen to have on hand. Ziti or bow tie pasta also works well. Boil pasta as directed on package and drain when done.
In a pan, cook ground beef until browned. Add the pepper to the ground beef.
Add in three cans of stewed tomatoes to the ground beef. Stir until thoroughly combined. Cook on low heat until the mixture starts simmering. Turn off the heat.
Add drained pasta to beef and tomato sauce mixture and stir to mix everything together really well.
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
I love to serve this with some bread and a side salad. Next time you don’t think you have time to make dinner, think again. In just 30 minutes you could be enjoying this beef and tomato pasta.
