When my kids come home from school, they are HUNGRY! The really work up an appetite learning and playing at recess, so I like to provide a filling snack that can tide them over until dinner. This Peanut Butter Quesadilla with Chocolate is one of their favorites. It combines the yummy flavor of Nutella with creamy peanut butter. Best of all, it is easy to put together. In fact, my kids even help me make it. If you are looking for more kids snacks, check out Easy Snacks for Kids.

Why you'll love this Chocolate Quesadilla with Peanut Butter

- Nutella hazelnut spread
- natural creamy Peanut Butter
How to make a dessert quesadilla
To make a peanut butter quesadilla with chocolate, you will need 2 eight inch tortillas and ⅛ cup of Nutella and ⅛ cup creamy peanut butter.
Spread one tortilla with the Nutella using a spatula.
Spread the peanut butter on the other tortilla.
Place the two tortillas together so that the Nutella side and the peanut butter side are touching. Cook on a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray on the stove on medium heat, flipping when the bottom starts to brown a bit.
After the tortilla has browned on both sides and the filling has warmed up, remove from the hot skillet and cut into 8 slices with a pizza cutter. You can even sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar. While you have your powdered sugar out, you might want to try making these Powdered Sugar Zeppoles..
You will want to serve this golden quesadilla warm, as the gooey Nutella and peanut butter are simply amazing when combined with the crisp tortilla. My only advice when making this peanut butter quesadilla with chocolate, is to make an extra one for yourself. Your kids will not want to share! Yum!
