1. Prep your oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Season and roast the potatoes
Place the cubed potatoes on the baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and spray a little more cooking spray over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until fork-tender.

3. Make it cheesy
Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a greased casserole dish. Stir in the ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.

4. Final bakePop the dish back into the oven, uncovered, and bake for 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is hot and bubbly.
5. Finish and serve
Top with green onions if you’d like, and serve warm!

Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ pound russet potatoes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray
- ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing
- 6 strips of cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and add potatoes.
- Spray the potatoes with cooking spray and add salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- When done, remove from oven and pour potatoes into a greased casserole dish.
- Add cheese, crumbled bacon and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing, mix and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped green onion.
