- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Thoroughly scrub the potatoes and poke several holes in each one.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven grates or on a baking rack, and bake for 40 minutes.
- Once done, remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in 30-second increments.
- Carefully scoop out the insides of the potatoes, and brush both the skins and the insides with the melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp up the skins.
- Add shredded cheese and cooked bacon, then bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
