But developing a bar habit (in addition to a coffee habit) can get pricey. The solution is making this Cranberry Bliss Bars Recipe (Starbucks Copycat). CRANBERRY BLISS BARS RECIPE (STARBUCKS COPYCAT)

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO MAKE CRANBERRY BLISS BARS?

  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • eggs
  • orange extract
  • vanilla extract
  • ground ginger
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • all purpose flour
  • white baking chocolate
  • Craisins, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • powdered sugar

HOW DO YOU MAKE STARBUCKS COPYCAT CRANBERRY BLISS BARS?

To make these yummy treats, you’ll want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13×9 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper for easy clean up. Use an electric mixer to beat together melted butter and brown sugar on medium speed.

Add the eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of orange extract to the bowl and beat with a mixer.

To this mixture, you will be adding baking powder, salt, ground ginger and flour. Beat these in until just blended, taking care not to overmix.
Fold in white baking chocolate and craisins by hand.

Spread the batter into the bottom of the parchment covered pan. Bake 2t 350 F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Take care not to overbake.

Allow the pan with the bars to cool completely on a wire rack. Make sure the bars have cooled before frosting.

Now that the bars are baked, it’s time to make the frosting. To make the frosting, melt 1/2 cup of the white chocolate. Beat cream cheese and  powdered sugar together with an electric mixer, and slowly add the melted white chocolate. Beat  together with an electric mixer until smooth.

Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.

Frost the bars and sprinkle them with chopped craisins. Melt the remainder of the white chocolate (1/2 cup) and drizzle over the bars.

Cut the bars into triangles.

Ingredients

Bars

  • 1 cup 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Craisins chopped

Frosting and Drizzle

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Craisins roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks melted and divided for the frosting and drizzle

Instructions
