    📋Step by Step Instructions

    STEP 1: To make these yummy treats, you'll want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Use an electric mixer to beat together melted butter and brown sugar on medium speed in a large bowl.

    STEP 2: Add the eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of orange extract to the bowl with the butter mixture and beat with a mixer.

    STEP 3: To this mixture, you will be adding baking powder, salt, ground ginger, and flour. Beat these in until just blended, taking care not to overmix. Fold in white baking chocolate and craisins by hand.

    STEP 4: Spread the batter into the bottom of the parchment-covered jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Take care not to overbake.

    STEP 5: Allow the pan with the bars to cool completely on a wire rack. Make sure the bars have cooled before frosting.

    STEP 6: Now that the bars are baked, it's time to make the cream cheese frosting. To make the frosting for the bliss bars, melt œ cup of the white chocolate. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together with an electric mixer, and slowly add the melted white chocolate. Beat together with an electric mixer until smooth.

    Bars

    • 1 cup 2 sticks butter, melted
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon orange extract
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • œ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • œ teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 cup white chocolate chopped into chunks
    • œ cup Craisins chopped

    Frosting and Drizzle

    • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
    • œ cup powdered sugar
    • œ teaspoon orange extract
    • œ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ⅓ cup Craisins roughly chopped
    • 1 cup white chocolate chunks melted and divided for the frosting and drizzle
