Why I love these boneless pork chops in air fryer

If you have never used an air fryer before, you are in for a surprise. Air fryers are a great way to cook things quicker and in a healthier manner. They make cooking fried or crispy food healthier since they use a lot less oil than traditional frying methods. The heat of the air fryer helps the food to crisp up and taste delicious. Plus, you get a lot less oil splatter and clean up which is always good!

These air fryer chops are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. This one of my favorite air fryer recipes and one of tricks to making amazing pork chops.. They're a breeze to make in the air fryer with a fraction of the cleanup.

    Ingredients

    • Boneless Pork Chops - thick cut
    • Egg
    • Bread Crumbs - you can use seasoned breadcrumbs or plain. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
    • Cooking Spray
    • Garlic Herb Seasoning mixture (I Used Kingsford)

    Frequently asked questions

What can I serve with air fryer pork chops?

I love serving these with Coca Cola Baked Beans, Bacon Cheddar Ranch Smashed Potatoes and Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes. Some more great side dishes are crispy brussels sprouts, roasted broccoli or asparagus.

Can you put frozen pork chops in the air fryer?

While you can cook frozen pork chops in the air fryer. Here is a great frozen pork chop recipe from The Typical Mom. The recipe I am sharing today however should only be made with defrosted pork chops because of the breading.

Can I stack pork chops in the air fryer?

No. If you do so, they will not cook evenly. The air circulating around the food is what helps it cook when air frying. So be sure to place them in a single layer. If you have more than will fit in your air fryer, you can cook them in batches.
