Why I love these boneless pork chops in air fryer
If you have never used an air fryer before, you are in for a surprise. Air fryers are a great way to cook things quicker and in a healthier manner. They make cooking fried or crispy food healthier since they use a lot less oil than traditional frying methods.
The heat of the air fryer helps the food to crisp up and taste delicious. Plus, you get a lot less oil splatter and clean up which is always good!

Ingredients
- Boneless Pork Chops - thick cut
- Egg
- Bread Crumbs - you can use seasoned breadcrumbs or plain. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
- Cooking Spray
- Garlic Herb Seasoning mixture (I Used Kingsford)
How to make air fryer pork chops
Combine breadcrumbs and garlic herb seasoning on a large plate.
Break one egg and beat it. Dip the pork chop into the beaten egg, turning to coat both sides of the pork chop.
Dip the pork chop in bread crumbs, completely covering the pork chop.
Repeat by dipping the pork chop in the egg and bread crumbs again.
Place the pork chops on the air fryer rack or air fryer basket and spray the pork chops with cooking spray.
Air fry at 375 degrees f for 25 minutes.
Then flip the pork chops and air fry for an additional 5 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is 145 degrees.

Easy Air Fryer Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Pork Chops thick cut
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Tbs Garlic Herb Seasoning I Used Kingsford
Instructions
- Coat pork chop in beaten egg.
- Roll pork chop in bread crumbs completely covering the pork chop.
- Dip in the egg and bread crumbs again.
- Place on air fryer rack or in basket and spray pork chops with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375 for 25 minutes.
- Flip and air fry for an additional 5 minutes at 375. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
