📋Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1: Add ½ cup of water to the Instant Pot.
STEP 2: Place the trivet inside the instant pot.
STEP 3: Pat the chicken wings dry and place them on top of the trivet.
STEP 4: Sprinkle the wings with salt and pepper.
STEP 5: Make sure the lid is closed tightly and set the Instant Pot to cook for 10 minutes at Manual High Pressure.
STEP 6: Once the wings have completed cooking, do a quick release to release pressure from the pot.
STEP 7: Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, and optional sriracha in a large bowl.
STEP 8: Remove the chicken wings from the pressure cooker and place them in the bowl with the sauce you just made. Toss the wings in the sauce mixture.

- 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
