Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Tyson Foods, Inc. and Pinnacle Foods Group LLC. All opinions are entirely my own. When I was at Walmart recently, I picked up Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing and Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken along with the other ingredients I would need to make Italian Chicken Salad. It was one of those rare solo Walmart trips as I had just dropped the kids off at school. It was blissful to be able to walk through the aisles in peace searching for just the perfect ingredients. If you are a mom who has ever shopped with young kids, I am sure you can relate. For some reason whenever I go shopping with the kids in tow, I end up forgetting some vital ingredient that I came in for. Not this time. I had everything I needed to make a tasty and filling salad.

This Italian Chicken Salad is so easy to make and is just bursting with flavor. See why my family begs me to make it all the time. #ad

With my ingredients from Walmart in hand, I headed home to mix things up in the kitchen and make myself a protein filled salad. One bowl meals are super easy to prepare and this one doesn't involve any additional cooking besides heating up the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken. You can take an ordinary salad from good to great when you add protein in the form of Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken and zesty flavor with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.

This Italian Chicken Salad combines all of the ingredients I love to include in an Italian meal. I used green and red leaf lettuce, though romaine would work well also. All you need to do is combine the lettuce with Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken, fresh mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, croutons, red onions, red peppers, salami and zesty Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.

Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing really kicks up the flavor in this salad. This robust, full flavored dressing works with all the ingredients to take the salad to the next level. You can use Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing in lots of other ways too. I love to drizzle it over cubed potatoes before baking or incorporate it into a cold pasta salad. It is packed full of herbs, seasonings and flavors to give your dishes an extra zesty boost of flavor. Plus, I love the fact that it contains no high fructose corn syrup.

I always have Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken on hand because it makes mealtime prep simple. It helps me make delicious and healthy protein filled meals in no time flat. I find that when I eat a meal with protein it keeps me full longer and I'm not snacking throughout the day. The chicken strips are already grilled and fully cooked so you just have to warm them up. It doesn't get more convenient than that!

This salad is perfect for lunch or dinner. I get requests from my family to make it all the time. I am more than happy to because this my absolute favorite salad!

This looks great! Love how it is quick and easy to prepare but is still a healthy option with less processed items
