🤷🏻♀️Recipe FAQs
What size cookie scoop did you use for cake mix snickerdoodle cookies?
I use a medium cookie scoop that fits 2 tablespoons of cookie dough. This makes 1-inch balls.
How do you store snickerdoodle cookies made with cake mix?
You can store these in an airtight container for up to five days. You can freeze them in between pieces of parchment paper for 2-3 months.
Why are my snickerdoodles flat?
Since oven temperatures vary, you might want to try lowering the temperature by 5 degrees for the second batch. Also, greasing the pan can cause the cookie dough to spread. Parchment paper will be enough to keep the cookies from sticking.
