- Marshmallow Fluff or Creme: Provides the gooey center we all love in traditional s'mores.
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips: Adds extra chocolatey goodness without being too sweet.
- Vegetable Oil: Helps the chocolate chips melt smoothly.
- Sprinkles: These are optional, but they add a festive touch to the cookies.

How to Make July 4th Cookies
To make these sweet cookie sandwiches, start by spreading marshmallow fluff between two Fudge Stripe cookies and gently press them together.

In a small microwave safe bowl, combine a little vegetable oil with the semi sweet chocolate chips and melt in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth.

Dip each cookie sandwich into the melted chocolate about halfway,

Then cover with colorful sprinkles for a festive touch. Place the completed sandwiches on waxed paper, parchment paper or a wire rack so the chocolate can harden.

Tips for Making Red, White and Blue Cookies
Tip 1: Use a microwave-safe bowl and melt the chocolate in short intervals, stirring in between to prevent burning.

Tip 3: This recipe can be customized for any holiday or occasion. Simply switch out the sprinkles' color: red and green for Christmas, pastel for Easter.
