⭐Why Oreo Spider Cookies Are Awesome

    • Perfect Halloween treat for kids to make since they don't require any baking.
    • These fun Halloween treats can be put together and can be made in about 5 minutes since they have simple ingredients.
    • They have a sweet and salty taste thanks to the sweetness of the Oreos and the salty pretzels.

    🥣Ingredient Notes

    • Oreo Cookies - These classic chocolate sandwich cookies will be the spider's body in this fun snack. You will also use some of the cream filling to help glue the eyes and nose to the spider.
    • Pretzel Sticks - You will use these for the spider's legs.
    • Candy Eyes - You can find candy eyes in the baking aisle of many grocery stores or online.
    • Candy Corn - For the spider's nose. Any color or variety works.

    📋How To Make Spider Oreos

STEP 1: Carefully separate an Oreo cookie and place the half with no frosting to the side.

STEP 2: Place the pretzels on the Oreo half with filling to create spider legs. Remove a little of the filling on the Oreo with a butter knife and set aside.

STEP 3: Place the other half of the Oreo on top.

    👩🏻‍🍳Expert Tips

Tip 1: You can also use store bought frosting or peanut butter as a "glue" for the spider eyes and nose.

Tip 2: If you are making Halloween spider cookies for a party, you can assemble them the day before and keep in an airtight container for a day.

    🤷🏻‍♀️Recipe FAQs

I used six pretzels, three on each side.

What if I don't have candy eyes?

You can easily sub colorful M&Ms or white chocolate chips for the eyes on these Oreo cookie spiders.
