How to Make Reese's Pieces Cookies
1. Preheat your oven: Get it warming up so it's ready when you are.
2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, stir together the flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
3. Combine the wet stuff: In a large mixing bowl, add the sugars, butter, milk, vanilla, peanut butter, and egg. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4. Bring it all together: Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until everything’s well mixed.
5. Add the candy: Stir in those Reese’s Pieces (and sneak a few if you’re anything like me!). Save a handful for decorating.

6. Scoop and flatten: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and gently flatten each one.
7. Bake the cookies: Let the cookies bake while your kitchen fills with the aroma of chocolatey-peanut butter goodness.
8. Frost and sandwich: After they’ve cooled, spread frosting on the bottom of a cookie and top it with another to make the cookie sandwich.

10. More candy: Stick Reese’s Pieces and miniatures into the frosting to decorate your cookie sandwich.

I think these Reese's Cookie Sandwiches would make a perfect fall dessert or fall treat because of the colors, but the flavors are fabulous for any season!
