    Frequently asked questions

What other nuts can you use in these banana walnut muffins?

We used walnuts for this batch of banana nut muffins, but pecans also are delicious!

How can I make this recipe into banana bread instead of muffins?

You can use the same ingredients but pour the batter into a loaf pan instead and bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees. Insert a toothpick in the center to check for doneness. This should make 2 loaves of banana nut bread depending on the size of the loaf pans used.

So quick and easy! I love that you recommended a lot of cinnamon and I added the full amount. It's my favorite spice and it really made these muffins so tasty! I had no idea about the silicone cups. I immediately followed your link and bought some for next time!
