Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
This cheesy buffalo chicken dip is easy to make thanks to a supermarket shortcut. You can buy chicken that’s pre-shredded to make this recipe super simple. Of course, you’re always welcome to cook your own chicken and shred it yourself if you have the time. But if you are looking for quick and easy, then buy that pre shredded chicken and you are on your way to a delicious dip. I promise, no one will be able to tell the difference.
HOW DO YOU MAKE BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. To make this dip, you will pour the shredded chicken and cheddar cheese into a large mixing bowl. Make sure to set some cheese aside to sprinkle on top later!
Now add a block of softened cream cheese.
Pour in the buffalo sauce. I like Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce, but feel free to use your favorite.
Mix the ingredients well, then spread them into an oven safe dish.
Remember that cheese you saved? Sprinkle it on top of the dip.
Bake this shredded chicken dip for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
WHAT GOES GOOD WITH CHICKEN DIP?
Serve this buffalo chicken dip recipe with some tortilla chips, celery, pieces of bread, or pita chips.
CAN YOU REHEAT BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP?
We have never had leftovers to reheat because this stuff gets eaten FAST, but if you do, simply place the leftovers in a microwave safe dish and then cover and heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir, and if the dip is still cold, heat for another minute or two.
