One of my favorite salads is a Caprese salad. What I love about it is the wonderful mix of flavors between the juicy ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fragrant basil, and the mellow tartness of balsamic vinegar. I love the salad so much, I thought I would try a Caprese sandwich. I am currently obsessed with my air fryer, so I decided to make a grilled Caprese Air Fryer Sandwich. The results blew me away! If you're looking for a hearty and delicious lunch or dinner option, you must try this sandwich!
