- Sugar Cookie Dough - Many make these TikTok cookie recipe with refrigerated chocolate chip cookies dough, but I think the red dough makes them much more festive. The Betty Crocker dough I bought comes with frosting but it is not needed for these cookies.
- Shaped Holiday Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough - At my store, they had Snowman and Reindeer cookies. I have also seen Christmas tree cookies. You can choose whatever ones you prefer.
📋How To Make TikTok Christmas Cookie Hack
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll the precut red cookies into a ball and roll out to a square shape using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
STEP 2: Stack the holiday-shaped cookies and place them in the middle of the red cookie dough sheet.
STEP 3: Wrap the dough around the cookies and seal. Slice every ½ inch down the log. You can feel where to slice so you don't accidentally cut through the cookies.
STEP 4: Place the cookies on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet a few inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
STEP 5: Remove from oven and place cookies on cooling rack.
