    • Onion - Chopped onion adds sweetness and depth of flavor.
    • Chili powder - Provides a robust and spicy flavor.

How To Make 0 Point Chili

I made this 0 point chili in the crock pot with 99% fat free ground chicken breast. Only 99% fat-free chicken breast is 0 points, so be sure that is the kind you use if you want to keep this dish 0 points. You can also use 99% fat free ground turkey breast.

Cook ground chicken in a skillet on the stove top, breaking it apart to create crumbles.

Tips For Making WW Zero Point Chili

Tip 1: If you like things spicy or mild, you can adjust the heat level by adjusting the chili powder to suit your taste.

Tip 2: For extra flavor, you can add fresh cilantro, lime, or a dollop of low-fat yogurt or sour cream before serving.

Tip 3: If you have the time, slow cook on low heat for 8 hours to enhance the flavors and tenderness of the ingredients.

Tip 4: Using ground beef in this WW chili recipe (even extra lean ground beef) will change the point value. Low-fat ground turkey or ground chicken is your best bet.

Tip 5: You can serve this Weight Watchers Chili Recipe with some shredded cheddar and still keep it at zero points. I found Kraft Cheese Fat Free Cheddar, which is 0 points for ¼ cup. I don't think you'd ever mistake the stuff for full-fat cheese, but it is very tasty when mixed in with warm chili.

    FAQs For WW Chili

How Do You Store Weight Watchers Chili?

Storing your zero-point chili is a breeze! Once the chili has cooled to room temperature, transfer it into an airtight container. These can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.

To freeze chili, portion it into freezer-safe bags or containers. Store for up to three months for a quick, healthy meal whenever needed. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave when ready to enjoy.

What Kinds Of Beans Do I Use In WW Zero Point Chili?

For this Weight Watchers zero-point chili, I recommend kidney beans since they keep their shape and add great texture. If all you have on hand are black beans or pinto beans, they will work as well. Just make sure to drain and rinse them before adding to the chili.

I followed the recipe which was great but my instant pot kept displaying the word “burn” and the timer was going down. I think I cooked it for 4 hours but it was very dry.

I should add that I used no salt added diced tomatoes and 99% fat free turkey. I also used a small can of green chilies since the tomatoes I had didn’t have green chilies in them. My husband said it was the best chili he has ever eaten!

My husband and I just had this for lunch...best chili EVER! And, yes...zero points, even with the fat free cheese! Last night, I made the pizza recipe...pretty good...we added some cut up chicken fajita meat and mushrooms. And, I made the cheesecake last night and it is AWESOME! Thanks for your fabulous recipes!

Made this chili with fat free ground turkey and I added a can of no salt added black beans. I entered the listed nutrition facts into the Weight Watchers app so that I could track it and it comes out to 3 points? Either way, it’s still low in points and super yummy! Thanks!

I’m making this right now and I’m not sure about the canned tomatoes. The ingredient list says one can, but the direcions say two cans. I put in one can and a little water. Hoping for the best!

Kind of unfair to add cheese in the photo and still advertise it as 0 Point. Also, I see that the chicken is 99% fat free, but it and the canned kidney beans surely have a few points, don't they? My points calculator gave the ground chicken 16 pts and it doesn't mention canned kidney beans, but cooked kidney beans is 2 pts, and since canned beans have a lot of salt I gave them 2 pts as well. So if you divide that by 6 servings, that's 3 points, which is still excellent for a good bowl of chili.

Hi Jaylin, good questions. I mentioned in the post "You can serve this with some shredded cheddar and still keep it zero points. I found Kraft Cheese Fat Free Cheddar, which is 0 points for 1/4 of a cup. I don’t think you’d ever mistake the stuff for full fat cheese, but it is very tasty when mixed in with warm chili." Canned Kidney beans are 0 points according to my Weight Watchers tracker and their website. The ground chicken I used was 99% fat free which my tracker and their website also brings up as zero points.

          Hi Vicky,

I can't wait to make this. Do you know what using ground turkey; 93/7% would do to the points or how I could find out?

          Thank you!

Kind of unfair for you to not read that she said 1/4 of a cup of fat free cheese is 0 points. Pretty sure she isn't your weight watchers app, check that before asking points.
