I love celebrating the Big Game with friends and family. They are sure to become a favorite, like our Prosciutto Wrapped Brie, and I know they will make your Big Game gathering a memorable one.
Ingredients

Cheesy Taco Cups with Guacamole
To make these cheesy mini taco cups with guacamole, you will start by creating cheese cups to hold your tasty taco fillings. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat and scoop tablespoons of shredded cheese onto the parchment paper, leaving a few inches between each scoop.
I like to use a mix of cheddar and jack shredded cheese, but just cheddar works well too.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes or until the edges of the cheese have turned brown.
While the cheese is melting, spray the bottom part of a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
After the cheese has melted, remove it from the oven and use a spatula to remove it from the parchment paper. Drape each circle of melted cheese over the bottom of a muffin tin. The cheese will be hot, so be careful. As the cheese cools, it will form a cup.
Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the chopped onions and garlic. Then add the ground beef, and break it up into crumbles while it cooks.
Now it's time to add some real flavor to the taco meat with some shakes of TABASCO® Sauce.
I use TABASCO® Sauce in almost everything to add a little spice and excitement to any meal. It is made from three simple ingredients: red peppers, salt and vinegar. These simple ingredients add so much flavor to all of your favorite foods. TABASCO® Sauce is very versatile and can be used as a condiment or an ingredient.
I used TABASCO® Pepper Sauce in this recipe, because I love the kick of flavor it adds to the ground beef. There are other varieties that I like to have on hand, such as TABASCO® Green Sauce, which adds a refreshing, tangy jalapeno zest to food and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, which gives a rich, smoky flavor to meals.
These Cheesy Taco Cups with Guacamole are not complete until we make some delicious guacamole to scoop on top. Now, if you're going to be making guacamole, you want to be sure to use Avocados from Mexico. You'll find that Avocados From Mexico are always worth it because they're healthy, delicious, and always in season.
I'm sure you have a favorite guacamole recipe, but I'll share mine with you, because I think it's pretty delicious. It may look a little different than yours, but as long as you start with Avocados From Mexico, you'll end up with a yummy guacamole.
Scoop the Avocados From Mexico into a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the diced tomatoes, onions, garlic and lime to the bowl.
Mix to create the guacamole. This guacamole recipe is very versatile. It can top these taco cups but is wonderful as a dip for chips. I often whip up a batch of this guacamole recipe and use it as a topping for roasted chicken.
Now it is time to assemble the cheese cups. Scoop some of the TABASCO® Sauce seasoned ground beef into the cheese cups and top with salsa.
Lastly, top the cheesy taco cups with a bit of that delicious guacamole made with Avocados from Mexico. Feel free to add any of your favorite taco toppings.
I found some cute football themed picks and placed them in the cheesy taco cups with guacamole to add a festive touch.
I like to put out some TABASCO® Sauce with the taco cups since some of my friends like their food with a an extra kick.
These taco cups are a unique and tasty appetizer to serve at your big game party. You and your guests can savor winning flavors with these delicious bites!
No Big Game party or gathering is complete without RITAS. RITAS are sparkling margaritas that can be served in the can or in a margarita glass. They are filled with fruity, fizzy fun, and are a must for a big game party.
We will be serving Lime-A-Rita to our guests, but there are lots of flavors to choose from, so you are sure to find a favorite! The refreshing taste of RITAS hit the spot!
While you are enjoying the Big Game, keep an eye out for the Avocados From Mexico commercial. It features dogs training their humans to eat avocados because they know they’re worth it for being delicious, healthy, and available all year. Oftentimes, the commercials are more entertaining than the game, so I am looking forward to this one.
