How To Make Thanksgiving Dinner Casserole
Prepare a box of stuffing according to the package directions. Prepare mashed potatoes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 casserole dish. I love this set from Pyrex. Grease the casserole dish using butter or margarine spread around the pan with your fingers.

Add the mashed potatoes to the casserole dish and spread them out to form an even layer.

Spread ⅓ cup of gravy over the mashed potatoes.

Add the chopped turkey to the casserole along with salt and pepper. Spoon another ⅓ cup of gravy over the turkey.

Add the stuffing on top of the turkey layer and press it down to make an even layer.

Top with the last ⅓ cup of gravy and ½ cup of dried cranberries. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

This Turkey and Stuffing casserole is so delicious and each bite feels like a taste of Thanksgiving. It is also a great way to serve up Thanksgiving leftovers.

Typically, we use leftover turkey to make turkey sandwiches, but I am so excited to have found a way to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with this leftover turkey casserole!

I made this for our monthly pot luck and it was a hit! It's so nice having a self contained meal to present. I bought a Costco chicken and deconstructed it along with a Publix refrigerated mashed potatoes and jarred gravy...easy peasy.

Hi, I'm so glad I found this recipe. My Dad is in the hospital and our family couldn't imagine celebrating the holiday without him so my son and I were brainstorming on what we could bring to the hospital that would be easy with little cleanup and would feed our entire family. We didn't want to deal with numerous bowls / dishes etc. While searching I came across your post on pinterest. This looks amazing and I know my Dad would love this. I can't wait to try it !!! Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving !!!

We make this every year INSTEAD of the turkey. Then we also make a bunch of other side dishes and desserts because the oven is available. We also make it at the end of Summer when we are looking forward to the Fall...and we share with our neighbors. They have been known to hint around in September.
